For many people, they will see a great deal of their life wasted by sitting in front of the television. While some may be watching educational programs, they are still being fed advertisements that formulate our opinions of certain products or induce us to eat something.
As evidenced by numerous near death experiences, when you cross over to the other side, not only do you see your life as you lived it but you also see yourself through everyone you have encountered.
If all thoughts are energy, then you will also recall every feeling you had or experienced.
Your physical presence in this incarnation is limited to x amount of years. Approximately one third of your life will be spent sleeping, so if you live to be 81, then 27 years will be spent sleeping.
Many of us will work 40+ hours at some boring, mundane job, which further takes away from the opportunity to make a difference in this world. By the time we get home, we are physically and mentally exhausted. At this point, the TV might get turned on or you may turn to alcohol or an illicit substance to escape from reality for a few hours.
So for some people, they will see their life review as being here to work a mundane job in order to exist while looking forward to that 1 or 2 weeks of vacation each year in order to relax or have fun. Did we really incarnate to this reality to be an economic slave for the elite?
If you ask someone if he or she meditates, one of the biggest excuses you will receive is “I don’t have the time” yet these same people will sit in front of the TV for 3-5 hours each night watching some piece of crap program that benefits no one.
When you do you life review, will you see your life as being constructive and loving? How did you help humanity in this incarnation? Will you see yourself holding a TV remote or playing video games? Have you been service to self or service to others?

Some people are here simply to share their energy but even these people will have a rather boring life review.
Now, don’t despair because many of us have been caught in this same trap because this lifestyle was reinforced and engrained into our culture, but there is no better time than right now to begin helping humanity evolve!
You are capable of doing many, many great things! The first step is to find your life purpose. The second step is to follow through on it.

Each day, you have the opportunity to do something nice for other people. A simple idea is to smile at people. When you do this, feel it in your heart. You could also, silently and in your mind, tell everyone you see, “I love you.”
Manly P. Hall stated, “It doesn’t have to be a great or masterful achievement but it has to be something that is a step ahead of the monotony of labor. It has to give some contribution to the involving and evolving of life.”
Don’t do anything because you want to have a wonderful life review. Do it because you truly want to help humanity in some way and do it from the heart!
