Jesus was with the wild beasts. The ‘wild beast’ mentioned in the bible are the animals of the zodiac. Rosh Hashanah (Satan) and Andrew (Andromeda) are found in the first part of Mark (March), dealing with the Aries sector.
There is a star in Perseus called Algol, which is also called Rosh ha Satan (the Demon star or Satan’s head) by the Hebrew (Aries). Astrologers have said that it is the most violent and dangerous star in the heavens. This explains all of the mentioning of Satan in the first chapter of Mark.
Mark 1:29 - When Jesus went to the house of Simon and Andrew, Simon's mother-in-law was down with fever. When Jesus heard about the condition of Simon's mother-in-law, He went to her with compassion, held her hand and made her sit. As soon as He touched her, she was healed of her sickness. She got up and started serving them.
Simon’s other name is Cephus (the Apostle Peter) was in Pisces and merging with Aries. Andrew is Andromeda. The mythological Cassiopeia was the wife of Cephus and, in legend, was chained (married) to a rock by Poseidon. Cassiopeia is also the mother of Andromeda. The rock is Cephus (Peter).
Venus, the ruler of Taurus and most brilliant star in the evening and morning (other than the moon), was called Faas by the Greek (meaning Light) and by the Romans, Lucifer, the Light Bearer. To the occultists, Venus was the planet of inner light and illumination. The Pleiades were the 7 daughters of Atlas who had been changed into stars by Pleone. Six of them had been married to gods, but the seventh, Merope, had married a mortal so her light was dim and rarely seen. All of which strikingly reflects the parable of the lamb in Mark 7:21-22:
21 For it is from within, out of a person’s heart, that evil thoughts come—sexual immorality, theft, murder, 22 adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly.
The Pleiades correspond to the pineal gland. You’ll only notice six stars because one had its lights dimmed.
Mark 4:21: 21 He said to them, “Do you bring in a lamp to put it under a bowl or a bed? Instead, don’t you put it on its stand? For whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.
Gemini themes include duality, man with a legion, the flow of blood, the apostles sent out in 2’s and Herod’s vacillation. The zodiac keywords include short journeys, siblings and relationships, indecision and communication.
Mark 5:9 - Then Jesus asked him, "What is your name?" "My name is Legion," he replied, "for we are many.
This deals with the duality aspect of Giminians.
Sirius is also known as the "Dog Star", has its prominence in its constellations, Canis Major and Canis Minor. Its name means the “Chief One” and “The Leader” or ruler of the synagogue.
Common Cancer themes include nurture and food and stomach concerns. The boat, Argos, is in cancer, which is also the Arc of Noah. The two decans in Cancer are Ursa Major and Ursa Minor. The boat of Noah brought in 2 of every animal. In other words, it brought in the 2’s (the twins) of Gemini.
Common themes include transfiguration and glory. August 6th is called the Transfiguration of Jesus Christ by the Roman Catholic Church (the middle of Leo and summer). Sirius is behind the sun (the dog days of summer).
13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” 14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
Six days later, Jesus took with him Peter and James and John, and led them up a high mountain apart, by themselves. And he was transfigured before them, 3 and his clothes became dazzling white, such as no one on earth could bleach them. 4 And there appeared to them Elijah with Moses, who were talking with Jesus.
(Above)The Transigifuration: Elijah, Moses, Peter, James and Andrew.
(Right) Assumption of the Virgin
Common Virgo themes include teaching about humility, little children, warning against passivity and service. The 6th house is the sign of service. In the bible, Jesus talks about servicing others.
Mark 9:5 - If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all.
Mark 9:42 And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.
On August 15th, we have the “Assumption of the Virgin”. At that point, the sun is in Leo and Virgo disappears behind the sun. That’s the assumption of the virgin because on the 8th of September, she gets reborn again. When the sun is in a sign, the sign disappears. The star sign is behind the sun in the sky.
The entry of the sun into Libra marks the autumnal equinox into the northern hemisphere when day and night are equal once again. This is the midpoint of the year, the moment of equilibrium when the forces symbolized by the day and the night are in perfect counterpoise. This has happened before when the sun entered Aries in the springtime. But there is a difference between these opposite but complimentary points. At the Spring equinox, the point of poise occurs before the daylight begins to dominate. In the Autumn, this is reversed and the balance point presages the forthcoming massing of the darkness.
The eternal interplay of light and darkness is symbolized in the zodiac, itself, which on one level is nothing more than the yearly cycle projected on the sky. The first 6 signs come under the dominion of daylight (Aries through Virgo) and can be said to be the light of individual consciousness struggling to establish its identity. n
This process is associated with the Sun, the giver of light. It begins in Aries , the sign of the Sun’s exaltation, and reaches its climax in sun-ruled Leo. The signs which follow the Autumnal equinox, however, are characterized by the gathering darkness and have to do with the group to which individuality has to be incorporated, if not submerged. These are social signs which begins with Libra, the sign of the Sun’s fall, or the depression, and which reach their point of maximum power in Aquarius, the sign, of modern astrological jargon, the sign of the Sun’s detriment.
In ancient Egypt, Libra was associated with Mars, the goodness of cosmic harmony and justice, whose special task was to weigh the hardness of the dead on the scales of justice, balanced against an ostrich feather and she’s usually depicted with a feather in her headdress. Those to fail her test were heavy hearted. Those who passed, lighthearted.
Among the Greeks, notably Hipparchus, Libra was yugos, the “yoke” the very word used by Matthew in a passage immediately following Jesus’ declaration that God has revealed the secrets of the kingdom to infants. In Mark, the bible talks about the “yoke” of marriage.
The glyph of Libra is the sun setting.
Due to time constraints, Santos did not cover the signs after Libra.
The ecliptic runs straight through our bodies. As above, so below. When the sun is in Aries, it’s in the head. When the sun is in a particular sign, it will manifest, physically, For example, those born in Taurus have strong necks and jaws as well as their ruling planet of Venus. Many philosophers are born under Taurus because they want to speak. That’s where the sun is. Where ever the sun is defines where it gives life to. The gospel of Mark clearly shows us these cycles.
Every planetary orb is judged by the Scales.
The corona, the crown, is in Libra. Corona Borealis is a small constellation in the northern sky. It wears the corwn of thorns as the sun goes through Libra and gets crucified. On an astronimical map, the cross lies right below the crown.
All of the 9 decans in the picture on the left are spelled out in the Gospel of Mark.
In Capricorn, Saturn rules and is the origin of the word Saturday. The Jewish Sabbath is Saturday, Saturn’s Day. Judaism was born when the equinoxial point was in the constellation Aries. And there is no doubt of Arien imagery of rams, goats, sheep, sacrifices and circumcision play a major role in the liturgical practices of Judaism, but the other cardinal sings (Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) feature prominently in the development of Judaism. Libra, the polar opposite of Aries, the sign of covenence and law; Cancer, the sign of home and mother; Capricorn, the sign of duty, service, social responsibility and the father (Saturn).
