How to remap and reprogram your brain through meditation
According to Richard Alan Miller, sacred geometry, sound tools, moving meditations and diet are amongst some of the ways you can remap and reprogram your brain through meditation.
Please note: Those who have experienced epileptic seizures should not watch or listen to these videos.
The first sound tool example given by Miller is called holosync more commonly known as binaural beats.
According to wiki: Binaural beats or binaural tones are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, the perception of which arises in the brain for specific physical stimuli. This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states.
Another method is to use virtual audio, where sounds appear to move from left to right or from right to left when listening to them with headphones.
The next method discussed involves sacred geometry.
