Coherence: The Energy and Light from Your Heart

Recent research has indicated that the human heart has its own brain, called neural intelligence.  The energy signals that are transmitted from the heart to the brain is called coherence which, depending on how we feel, can affect us in either a positive or negative manner.  For example, if you feel bliss, then your brain sends a signal that changes the chemistry and is reflected in the rest of your body.  Conversely, fear will do the same in a negative manner.  This is why you should avoid watching anything fear based, including horror movies and anything on the main stream media, especially the nightly news.

Research has also validated that the heart is the first organ that forms in our bodies and plays an important role in regulating our body chemistry.

Empirical data backs this amazing discovery!  The heart’s magnetic field is more than 5,000 times stronger than the same magnetic field generated by the brain.  In other words, when you feel really happy, then this emotion creates a presence that can be detected by other people several feet away from you!

As evidenced by electrocardiograms (ECG’s), the electrical field produced by the heart is 60 times greater than our brain’s electrical activity.

This is your central spark of divine light!  When we learn how to live within the heart, we immediately bypass all forms of ego and materialism. 

During meditation, focus on your heart’s energy.  FEEL the love and send that love out as far and as wide as possible!  In my meditations, I usually send the energy out in stages.  I surround myself with it, and then protect my room, my house, my city, state, continent, galaxy and universe.  A friend of mine envisions that she’s hugging the planet during her meditation.  Feel free to use either idea, or create your own version. 

When you live from your heart, then the only thing that can possibly exist is love!
